FITNESS; MY WHY

A big part of my life is living healthy and creating fitness challenges for myself.  I was recently asked why I feel so passionate about keeping in shape and following a nutrition plan.  I have thought about this question in depth and thought I should share.  Here is my why:

1.  Health is Important:  You only have one body, and it should be cherished.  

2.  A Challenge:  I like to challenge myself.  And whenever 

3.  Almost Every Successful Person keeps in shape:  I study successful people and 

4.  I Feel great

5.  I Find the human body fascinating

6.  I have energy

7.  I create discipline
