Hi, thanks for visiting for my website!
I currently live in Denver, Colorado and
I started out in Kansas (Yep, "There's no place like home") and attended college at the University of Kansas to study Architecture. During the final year of my Masters of Architecture program, I was accepted into a Live-Work Study Abroad program located in Paris, France which turned out to be life changing. The project I was working on in Paris as an Architectural Intern took me to Hong Kong where I lived and worked for around 4 years. An amazing opportunity as a fresh college graduate.
While I was working as an architect in the corporate world in Hong Kong, I gained a lot of weight. I found myself working long long hours, and often would be so stressed that my five-foot-self would drink an entire bottle of wine to myself almost every single night. Despite living in an amazing city with a prosperous career in my future, I was unhappy with myself. My energy was low, I had lost all confidence with how I looked, and I had developed a bronchial cough that lasted over a year. I remember looking at photos after my friend had visited me and saying to myself "Is that what I look like? That's not me...!". I decided I had to make a change and to look and feel better!
I had no fitness or nutrition education, and was only involved in volleyball during high school. Needless to say, I was lost and didn't know where to begin. However, I was determined to learn and to make whatever changes I needed to! I started by researching the bodybuilding.com girls and seeing what their diets and exercise routines were. I picked up Jamie Eason's Live Fit program, and started making changes and doing what she told me to through her digital program.
I began meal prepping and bringing my meals and snacks with me to the office every single day. Networking events and happy hours were replaced with gym sessions. I also soon began feeling like the bag lady because I would have to bring my meals, workout bag, and laptop/work bag for my long 16 hour day.
Her program consisted of weight lifting and I had absolutely no clue what I was doing in the weight room. I remember feeling really intimidated because 1) I didn't know what I was doing 2) I stuck out like a sore thumb in the middle of the weight room full of guys in Asia. However, I somehow knew that I needed to learn how to weight lift to get the results I wanted to, so I stuck with it. I brought my phone with me to the gym so I could reference how to use machines - it probably looked hilarious but I did not care. I was on a mission!!
Once I began seeing results in my body transformation, I became hooked. I started to feel better, my cough disappeared, my energy soared, and I regained my confidence. I was happy again! It was then that I decided I wanted to help others feel this good, and began working towards getting my certified personal training certification.
After achieving my certification, I came back to the United States and moved to Denver. I decided to enter a body building competition, and started fitness modeling. I bought a jeep and have been enjoying the Jeep Lifestyle as the "Fit Jeep Girl", snowboarding, and helping others to get healthier through Welu Wellness and online fitness coaching.

The picture on the left is a photo that sparked the motivation to change my lifestyle. I saw it and said "that is not me..." and started doing whatever it took to gain back my confidence, energy, and motivation for life.
The picture on the right is the "ME" I am proud of. It represents the hard work, commitment, dedication, and sacrifice that I developed within myself to build a better future and quality of life.
The point of my story is to tell you that if I did it, you can to. All it takes is making a decision.
INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURAL & INTERIOR DESIGNER
I love design. The projects I have worked on have, for the majority, have been within the industrial and healthcare industries. Primarily they have been large scale projects over $500M.
3D modeling and printing have been huge interests of mine. I began with 3D modeling in 3DsMAX, bought a 3D printer in 2014, and started a small venture body scanning and creating 4" replicated figurines (Cake toppers for instance) with 3D Twinsie.
I have an entrepreneurial spirit and love surrounding myself with dreamers and visionaries who have goals to make an impact in the world. I continue to develop what I think is "my purpose" and I love reading and listening to motivational speakers and authors. Danelle Delgado & Grant Cardone are my mentors, and I also find inspiration from Tim Ferris, Tony Robbins, & Gary Vaynerchuck.
